Default BCF2000 not yet ...

I am using the Behringer BCF2000 on a Mac G4 1.25 Dual trough a Usb
emulating Bhui on U3 setting as suggested; my Os is 10.3.2 and Protools version
is 6.4.
I did everything I am supposed to do... And almost everything works except
the automation mode "Off", "Read", "Write", "touch" and "Lauch", they don't
work using shift + the designed key.
I have tried also the 1.07 version on the BCF2000 controller but that's not the solution.
Behringer is not answering me so I am wondering if anybody has the same problem.
Thanks in advance.
( This forum is a great idea to learn from so many people and so many different
ways to do things...well ,thanks.)
Enric (sorry about my english, I do my best.)

In my opinion behringer makes affordably priced headphone amps that get the job done....other than that id avoid them at all costs.

Though most of us would probably agree with the sentiment, probably not the help Enric is needing.

Enris, try sending 1.07 to the BCF again. Then reset the unit to HUI mode. From memory, after a brief test, I had the automation thing working, but I can't be a hendred percent sure -don't have one here in front of me any more.

I've tried again on version 1.07 and restarting the Behringer controller, but nothing
new. The controller can't handle the type of automation (off, read, write, lauch and touch.)
Is there any other thing that could be missing on my configuration that let it all work but these buttons?
It is quite strange to me. Is anyboby working on a Mac pro tools 6.4 with a BCF and completely functional? Behringer says ...."The Baby HUI is emulated completely", but not no me.

Hello!! Anyone!!?

A single person using Behringer BCF2000 Controller on a Mac platform OS X (10.3.2) Protools 6.4 and 001 as audio conversor, and fully functional? !!! (Automation modes included.)

A simple yes or not will do it.... (help me to understand that there is something wrong on my configuration.)

I've tried all the possible firmware versions on BCF (1.07 and 1.10)

Nobody ???!!!

Hello guys, just in case any one has the same problem with this Behringer unit.
Even though it doesn't have to much sense to me, this is the answer to my question, according to the Behringer support, ...

" 11/07/2005 02.13 PM
Dear Enric Anton,

these functions are not supported by the BHui mode.

The only mode which does support these functions is "Logic Control" - but this will only work if Pro Tools 6.4 also supports this controller.

We hope that we have been able to help you with this information.

Best regards,

Your BEHRINGER Customer Support Team."

ja,ja,ja bien, gracias...

From the sounds of things you need to start your BCF up in Logic Control mode - have you done this already?

From http://community.sonikmatter.com/for...hp/t20297.html

Quote:
There is a PDF that comes wiith the 1.07 download that explains this but the short version: Power down the BCF. Hold down the 3rd button from the left on the top row of buttons. Power up with the button pressed and the LCD should read "LC" for logic control. Mind you the 1.07 update is necessary foor this mode.
