Default How to make Pro Ultimate Trial disappear

Hi! I downloaded a trial for Pro Tools Ultimate by accident before purchasing a Pro Tools Studio license. Now I can't get through to using my purchased license because it's asking me to activate the Ultimate version, which I'm not interested in using. The Ultimate version cannot be removed through AVID Link nor iLok license manager. Can an Avid support team member please help in this situation and remove the Ultimate trial from my account? I just want to use the product I purchased, but can't through to it.

PS. If I just press "skip" on the activation key to Ultimate, it comes up with an error message for every single plug-in I don't have, so I can literally not get through.

I really hope someone can help. Thanks in advance, assistance would be much appreciated!

All the best, Lars

Hmm, this is the section for Pro Tools 11 users, so hopefully one of the moderators will move it to the proper section. Start by fixing the iLok by logging in to your account in iLok Manager, find the expired license for Ultimate and deactivate that license. If for some reason, you can't do that, open a support case with iLok because that's where this problem lies. Once that is solved, if opening Pro Tools shows a list of plugins that are no longer authorized, select to move those to the Plugins(unused) folder and you will not see them again(unless you want to).

Hi, welcome to the community.

Deactivate the expired trial license from your license key.

Go to iLok License Manager to deactivate.

And if that doesn't work, open a support ticket with iLok(nothing more anyone here can do, most likely)
