Default Help needed!
My brother just bought the Pro Tools subscription and is unable to download the program. The Pro Tools heading hasn't popped up under his "view my products" heading. What do we do now?

Hi, welcome to the community.

First of all, check that you have the license available on your iLok Account. Then you can to to Avid Download Center for the download.

Hello, thank you for responding to my question. My Brother bought the download subscription. When I bought it, it almost automatically appeared under the "My Products" heading on my account. But it hasn't appeared there for him yet. The instructions you gave, will that help him to be able to make it appear there so he can complete his download?
