Pro Tools 12 Renewal of Perpetual License?

For anyone who purchased the perpetual annual upgrade and support plan last year, is there any info on how to renew?

Most who purchased last year probably have a plan that expires on 3/31/16. Is anyone on a plan that expires before then?

I believe you'll find the renewal method when you log into your "My Avid" account and look at the products under support.

Mine's 02/09/2016 so I guess I was an early adopter ! (that's 9th Feb)

I see nothing about renewal in my account. Do you see that in yours?

I don't have the "Auto Renewal" option in my account like you do in the video. I am vanilla not HD.

To vanilla users: are you seeing the auto renewal option?

There is none with vanilla. You will be notified via Application Manager is what I was told by support over a week ago. At that point you can decide which plan you want to go with.

Why there is no Auto-renew is beyond me, but you do have 10 days grace I believe if your plan expires.

I got notified to renew in the app manager but when clicking you just get sent to the avid login and in the account there is no renewal button. Same for both an PT 12 and a PT HD 12 account.

Thanks for the replies. @jesele: When does your plan expire?

The PT 12 January 2 and the PT HD 12 January 23 I think. Although the iLok says March 31.
