Pro Tools won't launch....
I am aware of the IE8 issue and uninstalled it before I installed PT Mpowered 7.3.1cs7. but still no luck. It shows up in "Processes" within Task Manager, but that is as far as she'll go. This is a brand new computer that was built against my recommendation for a customer of mine and could be a hardware issue. I looked around this site and didn't find any glaring incompatibilities, but I could be missing something. The FW410 installed fine and is recognized by the computer.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Re: Pro Tools won't launch....
That motherboard has onboard graphics; not supported and could cause a problem.
The VIA audio could also be causing a problem.
