Bouncing Icon for Mac mini

I am a Guitar Center sales associate and i'm trying to help a customer get going on his Mac Mini and 002. He keeps getting a bouncing icon when he tries to start Pro Tools and the program never opens. Here are his system specs -

Mac Mini Intel Duo Core 1.83GHz
1 Gig RAM
OSX Tiger 10.4.10
Digi 002
Pro Tools 7.3.1


He's says he's tried running the PACE script and the Combo update and Pro Tools still won't open. Can I get an answer from Digi on this one?

If he has, indeed, installed the combo update and run the prebind script and that's not fixed the problem, the only real next step is to reinstall the OS, as there is something else that's causing the problem.

He could try launching from a different administrator account, to see if that works - it's worth a shot.

I have the exact same issue... It just up an stopped.
Launching PT from a different admin account worked, but what does that mean and how do I fix my main account?
