Default Lost Ilok 2K16 : Solutions, Replacement/Transfer Fee, System ID

Hi, Recently I lost my ilok with my pro tools hd license and I dont have any ilok insurance.

So they asked me to contact the software developer. Ive tried calling the avid support line but it cant seem to connect.

Can I pay the service replacement/transfer fee and have the license from my old ilok transferred to the new one ? Is that how it works ?
And also theres no system ID under products registered page

Other than submitting the RMA to ilok etc, what other solutions I can take ?

You will find your system Id in your account under here..... > CLick on Annual HD Support plan > your sysid will be under the perpetual product.


You will need to grovel sufficiently to get them to get this license back...(ie they don't have to give you another one)

The transfer fee is something else entirely and it does not apply
