SRC Problems in 2021.3

I am still having trouble with SRC on Audio Import.

In past versions, (Pre-2021), I could import audio, Copy , and perform a SRC to perform a film to NTSC pull, or vice versa.

It seems now that things just are not happening correctly as they did in the past. This was part of the patch with the latest version, but I still am having trouble.

It also seems to change the start timecode of the file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Did more testing, Seems to be more specific to the 24 > 23.976 pulldown that is incorrect.
