Default How many 002R outputs in CoreAudio Apps?

I am having trouble with an app getting more than outputs 1 & 2 to show up with CoreAudio. I realized I have no other multichannel output apps. Do any of you have apps with more than 2 outputs working with the 002R and Coreaudio?

Thanks
Steve
