Default SC48 Fan Part

I have a fan in a SC48 that has quit working ... can anyone advise how to obtain a replacement fan so we can change it out... it is one of the fans that blow on the CPU and Motherboard ... thanks

Hi,

I can't speak for this person's specific experience, but the VENUE system constantly monitors all fans and will report if a fan has stopped working, or if a fan is being driven at full voltage but showing low RPMs (so on the verge of failing).

When my SC48 fan blew, a warning appeared on the screen each time I started the console. The one that went was very difficult to get at (the screws need a small right angled screwdriver to remove)

The console notified me that the fan was malfunctioning. This is the 2nd fan in a short period of time. I am wondering if they all need changed occasionally.... anybody have any input on the lifespan of the fans.

Is there a phone number... I have emailed and got no response. I would like to get it changed out soon due to upcoming outdoor events, which here in Georgia means hot !

in europe the venue support is pretty responsive. quite unusual that there is no (close to instantly) response.

I would also like to take my hat off to Venue support in EU, always a quick response and will go the extra mile for you, or like for me, they found and sent me replacement S3L parts not even yet in the support system!
