Included Plugins Confusion

Just wondering whether one of the mods can help me out here, as I seem to be losing my mind.

What is the story with Pro Tools included plugins? When I visit this page https://www.avid.com/pro-tools/plugins it shows that the Moogerfooger bundle is now available for Pro Tools | First ???

However, as a perpetual licence holder (who pays a yearly renewal fee) I don't have access to these? Ditto for the Reel Tape effects. Am I missing something?

Bizarrely, the same page shows that HEAT is included with Pro Tools (vanilla) but must be purchased for ULTIMATE.

Is this a glitch or is this "progress" ???

I am pretty sure it is a mistake. Escalated the issue, hopefully Avid fixes the page or makes some kind of clarification regarding First. I cannot see any mention of First in the fine print and cannot really say if it is the fine print missing or just simply purple dots in wrong places.
