error -6085
Ok I have issues with Pro Tools LE running on an Intel desktop. It was running fine until I ran out of hard drive space and had to install new drives.
I also installed an eSATA card. But I've since unplugged it cause I was getting the error -6085 message. There are no other devices on the firewire buss. I reduced the H/W buffer size too. At best I get about 2 minutes of recording before I get the error message again. I'm an advanced user so I think I covered all the bases. New drives installed properly, I reset the disk allocation properly, and trashed all the preferences. Verified and repaired disk permissions too. Could my Mbox Pro 2 be the problem? I inserted the Pro Tools disc re-install but the disc wouldn't start and ejected. I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
