Default Logic Express 7.1 with PTLE 7?

I have two rigs. An HD2 Accel on a G5 and an M-box on a Powerbook G4. I realize that Logic Pro on the G5 is not going to work with PT7 (TDM) at this point. But I have not heard whether Logic Express will work with the M-box on the Powerbook. Anyone know? Does non-TDM Logic Express play nice with the PTLE 7 upgrade?
