Folders re-opening: unwanted behaviour

Hi and help please.
This has been going on for a while and I haven't been able to find a solution.

When using folder tracks I can close a folder from the console but often my session gets in a state where a previously opened folder automatically opens without me touching anything. This happens every time I open any other folder.

It happens with or without Automatic Spill of Attentioned Folder. It also happens when I close a folder from ProTools. It happens whether or not the folder that is automatically re-opening is attentioned or selected. Closing folders with the Transport Module Soft Keys doesn't stop the behaviour.

I have noticed that while this behaviour is happening the M10 shows "Please wait.. Loading Session Data..." every time I close a folder. Then the other folder opens again (on the surface and in ProTools).

The session will work as expected for a while then this behaviour starts and I can't stop it. It happens in every session using folders, small or big.

Re-starting ProTools doesn't fix it. Power cycling the M10 doesn't fix it either.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you may be running EUCON 2021.6. 2021.6.1 addressed a bug where the session data on the desk was loaded erroneously:

Also - I would recommend enabling (if you don't already have it on) the option ticked under Settings > User > Synchronize Folder State With Spill enabled,

I've updated the S6 but now it's asking for Software License Activation. My ExpertPlus Plan is up to date but I can't find where to download the license file.
