How do you stop the black bar that goes across the screen from dissapearing when it gets to the end of the screen i have to press the arrow on the bottom to see it again is there a function to stop this thanks

1) Continuous Scroll With Playhead (p.254 PT Ref 6.7)
or
2) Track ball w/ Scroll Ring.
or
3) Mem Loc to Show All.
or
4) 'R' key in command focus mode.
