Default "Pro Tools Application has stopped working" when launching pro tools 10

Hello everyone!

I have encountered an unpleasant problem, and I'm very happy for any help I can get. When I try to start pro tools the following message appears:

"Pro Tools Application has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."

And this problem has been there from the start. I have not been able to use Pro Tools at any time after installing it. I use DIGI 003 Rack + with the latest driver installed (v9.0.2.65) and Pro Tools 10.3.5 (with Complete production tool kit). But Pro Tools never wants to start. So I've tried to re-install the program as well as the 003 Rack drivers several times, even on another computer, but without any improvements. The 003 Rack itself works fine in windows. I can use it as my default device and playback sound in other programs. And I'm also positive that the iLok is working properly, because when I tried to have it not inserted there is an error message about that, which does not occur when I have it inserted.

I appreciate any help

This is my sandra report:

Just a suggestion, but something running in the background might be preventing Pro Tools from running. Open up task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) and kill (right click+ end process) any processes running until Pro Tools is able to launch successfully.

Integrated graphics has been known to cause problems.
Your Seagate drive (which I assume you're recording to) is a 5900rpm...needs to be 7200rpm.

You may also want to look at your RAM timings in BIOS.

Unfortunately, a myriad of threads here on the DUC illustrate it's not the best idea to buy Pro Tools expecting it to run on any computer particularly Laptops, except some Macs. I'm sure others will chime in with some ideas in the hope of getting you up & running.
