Default Connecting to IOS Device

I'm trying to connect my MBOX Studio to my iPhone. I've done this with UAD Volt interfaces before by using the Lightning/USB Camera Dongle. I prefer to use an external mic with the iPhone's built in video recorder in the Camera App.

I tried the same connection method with the MBOX Studio and it didn't work. Is there another way to do this?

My guess is it's your cable or adapter. I run my Studio using a USB-c to USB-A cable into the camera adapter, into my iPad and it works fine. Plug and play. Maybe try a different USB cable?

Thanks junkgear! Have you tried using it with the video recorder in the camera app?

I am using the purple USB cable that ships with the MBOX Studio. Perhaps it doesn't like the iPhone. I'll try a different cable.

Just curious if you tried it with the video recorder within the camera app.

I just tried it and it does work, well sort of.
I do not hear any audio when recording, but when I play the video back it is there.
