I just want to give a heads up to everyone that this has been fixed.
I just ended up uninstalling realtek audio drivers and then I ran the trouble shooter. Right click on the speaker icon in windows 10 and run trouble shooter, it kept saying generic driver and in 48KHZ I was getting no sound or when I tried to play any music files, the audio was distorted. Well now everything is working. So 1st unistall any unnecessary audio drivers and or programs 2ns, run the trouble shooter for sounds and settings and it should fix the driver issues. Turned out that it was in fact a driver issue. |
