Cannot download purchased score from Scorch store

I have purchased 2 scores from the Scorch store (Careless Whisper - Wham and Isn't She Lovely - Stevie Wonder) using an iPad Pro. I have been unable to download the scores. I have attached images of the messages I received every time I tried. I have downloaded several other scores before and after these 2 songs without encountering a similar problem.
