Avid scorch iOS

After using the avid scorch app for some time, I am now having issues accessing the store. I receive the message: the store is unavailable downloading community content. I have contacted the iTunes Store and have been been referred to the avid support page.

I already heard about such problems, but I did not find a solution.

That’s why i was amazed it was still available

I also have this problem. No, it is not pulled. It now costs 2,29 euros instead of being free.

Weird thing being I had it installed on my iPad and suddenly I was unable to launch the app. So I deleted it and went to App Store to reinstall -- only to find that it costs money now! It was removed from my previously downloaded apps list even though I had it installed a minute ago.

Just heard (from project manager) that Scorch has always been paid app, so my bad -- just remembered it wrong. Time to ask Apple why Scorch isn't on my previously downloaded apps list...

I’ve been experiencing problems downloading and redownloading scores. I get a message telling me my purchase has been successful but that there’s a problem downloading the score and to go to Avid support pages. However, I can’t find a solution to this problem. Does anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this at all ? I have an iPad Pro and have not ha this issue before.
