Default Trouble Clocking to Rosetta 200

I have a Rosetta 200 and am having some inconsistencies trying to clock it to my 002r.

Every few minutes I get a error message saying there may be a clocking problem.

This is a bit strange because it accepts it when I choose SPDIF in the hardware settings. It just seems to lose it after a few minutes.

My set up is:

Mac Pro Connected to Digi 002r
Vision Daw PC Connected via ADAT into 002r
Audio Out of Digi going to Rosetta 200 via SPDIF cables (both ways)

Anyone have any ideas?

Many thanks.
