Default pro tools "segmaentation fault" error

Im working on a session right now but pro tools wont let me open this ONE session it keeps on giving me a


"segmaentation fault" in thread"main thread" adress oxbffed8c0

pro tools 8
mac pro 2.5
HD 3


HELP please

Could be a corrupted session.

Have you tried creating a new session and importing one or a few tracks (using the import session data option) of the old session into it until the the error appears. That way you can find the track that's causing the problem.

Try grabbing an older session from the BackUp session Folder and see if that does the same thing. Try the one just previous to the crash. then you might be able to figure out what happened. G
