Invalid support code
I purchased a support code and I am unable to use it! When I call, I get a prompt that says my code can not be found

I purchased over 3 hours ago and have been trying this entire time to get support to to reach someone…..Honestly, t's really infuriating.

I just got that email now…..unbelievable. The only other email I got was a receipt with a long number called a redemption code. I tried to get support just now and was directed to an account person, because no one is available in support….. I should get a refund for this aggravation. Anyway, Thanks for your help. I'm about to explode, but I really appreciate you getting this going.
