Default Invalid support code

I purchased a support code and I am unable to use it! When I call, I get a prompt that says my code can not be found

I purchased over 3 hours ago and have been trying this entire time to get support to to reach someone…..Honestly, t's really infuriating.

You should have received a code with instructions to activate here when you purchased it. The Avid Support Code (ASC) would then be listed in your Avid account.

Did you get this email?

I just got that email now…..unbelievable. The only other email I got was a receipt with a long number called a redemption code. I tried to get support just now and was directed to an account person, because no one is available in support….. I should get a refund for this aggravation. Anyway, Thanks for your help. I'm about to explode, but I really appreciate you getting this going.

Strange that the code email was delayed, it's sent at the time the order goes through. Looks like your case has been escalated though so you should hear from a tech shortly.
