Magma PE6R4 is the only official one, though there are 2 versions of it.
The current one (the -I) and the original which vary by the type of cable connector.

You asked where you can find a list, that's not so easy.
There is this http://akmedia.digidesign.com/suppor...v803_63872.pdf

Unfortunately you have to have been following along to know that avid has stated the Magma chassis is supported today and will be for the foreseeable future. If you were to look at the Protools HD Product page and follow the link to expanded systems you would only find the PCIe to PCIe product. That doesn't inspire a lot of confidence does it?

So.......
No mention of PCIx to PCIe anywhere. That would be another $2100 mistake buying one I'm imagining.

Maybe it's just time to throw the ole PCIx HD3 & Power PC off a cliff somewhere!

No that kb article that volodia pointed to states the Magma is the qualified PCIx (cards) to PCIe (computer) solution.

Oh, I read it backwards.
Question is: for how long is it qualified. As stated, I don't wanna make any $2100 mistakes when they decide it's not supported in version 9.01 :)

I've been told by Avid employees and read (somewhere which I cannot find) on this forum that it will be supported for the foreseeable future. Beyond that I don't believe you will get it in writing.
