Premier OMF Audio Distorted

Anyone noticing OMF's from Premiere 11.1.2 is putting out distorted audio? I have 3 projects from 2 different studios that have had that problem in the last 2 weeks. It is obvious on the 2 pop, which sounds squared waved.

Yes. I've noticed this as well, have not been able to trace where the issue arises though.

I'm an occasional lurker - picture editor with access to PP2017.1.2 and 2018.0.something - happy to do any tests for you.

I do think that the PP OMF burns in any levels changed - and there's multiple places to adjust gain in PP.

I've made a test sequence of test tones and exported an OMF and AAF, with embedded audio. File is here

Track layout is:
A1 - mono, A2 - standard, A3 - adaptive ('standard' is default for PP)

Clip layout is track ident then sweep (about -6dB)

Gain layout is
00.00 - Unity
01.15 - Clip Gain +6dB
02.30 - Clip Mixer Gain +6dB
03.45 - Track Mixer Gain + 6dB (keyframed)

OMF is 16 bit (default, there is an option for 24 bit)
PP message is:
Make sure your Pro Tools settings match the export settings.
Check below for error messages
Start Time is: 00:00:00:00
ProTools Offset value is: 0:0.000
Frame Rate is: 25.00 fps
You can set this in Track Offset Options in Pro Tools.

AAF is not 'split to mono' (default, there is an option).
PP message is:
