Default removing offline files, or making them online

somehow PT aggregated some unused audio files in the -> workspace <-

how can that happen??

1. they are unused in the session
2. they are totally useless, belong to another session
3. they are displayed as offline
4. they are displayed in a Render Sources Folder in the workspace, i never saw that folder before
5. at startup they are displayed as missing files
6. automatically find and re-link crashes pro tools

re-link / copy/move & re-link doesn't work, obviously

select/right-click -> delete is not available
the files are not used in the session, they are not even displayed in the clip list

re-connecting the files in the task manager doesn't work either. this window seems dead, they are not even displayed there.

->> how can i get rid of that cr@p?

Yikes. Have you already done a "Save Copy In..."?

Or, have you created a new session and imported the tracks from this one?
