Thank you so much for not only making this software, but continuing to adapt it (for free!)

I just discovered it and am using it on a current project.

I do have a quick question. Is there currently an option to export either the Reason or the note field to a column in the excel version? If there is, I must be missing it.

Thanks again!!

Hi,
The Excel was originally more for the music list use of the software rather than ADR. No, those fields aren't output. I can definitely look at outputting more of the ADR fields to Excel than it currently does.

You're giving EdiCue a run for its money, Pete. Keep it up, awesome work!

Makes sense.

Those are the two fields that would be useful relating to ADR. When reviewing cues, we add a new column to and excel each giving our notes. I then update the session manually.

Those fields (Reason Code, Notes) are the two I have been manually moving over or just re-typing the reason. Not so bad but w/ a ton of cues...

Such a cool tool

Done, plus some - Notes / Flags / Reasons / Scenes / Priorities are put into the Excel now.

Also, export engine is now very multithreaded, exports complete a lot quicker on multicore machines.

Pete

Been finding a lot of cues on the current show (and in general) have reasons of "Rustling" or "PFX."

Aside from manually entering as custom, what reason are y'all using for these? Clarity or noise? Then add a note for Rustling/PFX?

Rustling I could add, PFX though? Is that an ADR reason? Eventually I'll need to do a more user-extensible thing as otherwise the default list could get huge!

I just called it noise. On my old cue sheets I would specify rustle or hit or whatever but "Noise" works well enough
