Default Unable to get access to Falcon/UVI work station

When I try to use plug-ins from Falcon in Pro-Tools, I get this message: Unable to mount the volume from `C:/Program Files/Falcon/unins001.dat`(Invalid file)
I have Pro Tools Ultimate, and this means there are loads of plugins and other effects that I do not have access to. Have tried to reinstall both PT and all the packages that come with this subscription, but the same message do occur when I try to use it (via the insert function in the mix window).

Edit: Problem resolved via phone support.
