Pro Tools 11 and Pro Tools Duet on a Macbook Pro i5 2.5ghz late 2010
Hey Everyone,
Looking for a little info. I have my own studio in NYC running PT11 on a Mac Pro 3.5 ghz 6 core. I want to be able to just make some tweaks at home with stems and just use the duet with my Macbook Pro 2.53 ghz i5 late 2010 with 8 gigs of RAM. I know its not technically approved by avid and its not going to be ideal but will it be usable until I get a new computer for home? Also its post work so I'll have quicktimes... Thanks |

Re: Pro Tools 11 and Pro Tools Duet on a Macbook Pro i5 2.5ghz late 2010
i5 and video is going to be on the painful side (and 16GB RAM is min spec for Video)
assuming we're talking real stems and not mislabeled tracks it might limp by and welcome to the Forum
