Default Now this is customer service!!

Heres a reply to an email I sent to Elemental Audio Systems. In regards to InspectorXL using excessive CPU cycles on one of my systems.

Hello,

You wrote to us previously about a problem when using InspectorXL in Pro Tools LE 7. I am writing to update you in the status of this issue. We have determined why InspectorXL sometimes uses a larger than expected amount of CPU resulting in the CPU spikes and audio drop outs you experienced. We have implemented a fix for this problem and it will appear in the next update to InspectorXL. We are in the process of preparing this next update and while I do not have a specific date for release at this time, the update should be available in the near future. You should receive notification by email when the InspectorXL update is available for download.

I apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. If you have any additional questions or we can be of any further assistance to you, please let us know. Thank you for your patience during our investigations and for your continued support.

Happy New Year!

Yeah, and let's all vote for the surround (5.1) compatible version of Inspector XL!
