Default Change ilok ID at PT11HD

Hi!

I have just bought an update from PTHD9 to HD11 and of cause i misplaced the new HD11 on a wrong ilok, and now i can't close the HD9 to open the HD11. How do i change the placing of the HD11 to the same ilok ID as the HD9?

You can use the iLok License Manager to move licenses.

Yes I know about it, but it is not possible to the license manager.

Are you saying that you had HD9 on an iLok, and, then bought the upgrade, now you have lost the iLok that has HD9 on it?

I assume your issue with finalizing the upgrade, is that for PTHD11 to fully be transferred to you other iLok, it has to see HD9 on that same iLok?

In case I understand this issue correctly, the OP has HD9 license on iLok account "A" and submitted the HD11 upgrade to iLok account "B" and therefore is not able to surrender the old license, which is on another iLok account.

If this is the case, Bruce might be able to help. I've asked him to take a look at this thread, but more info is needed anyway.

If you entered the wrong iLok account by mistake, you would do the following:

Contact the Avid store using the Contact Us links at the bottom left of the Avid store pages:
