Default Trying to disable Metadata files on conversions

Hey there, It's just a quick but maddening question. I'm trying to disable the option of attaching Metadata to MP3 files while exporting. Where the heck is that option? I'm working on a LE 7.1.1 system.

ANY help would be welcomed!

thanks!
