Default Native Instruments New stuff

I see that Native Instruments has come out with a lot of new software based on Kontakt in coordination with East/West, basically one software instrument + Kontakt. Have any of you ventured into these uncharted territories. I personally am interested in the piano emulations that I'm seeing but there are a lot of other goodies.

Well, uh, yea, I guess I do. Would you believe that the P on my keyboard is right next to the T. I didn't think so.

How well is NI stuff suited for the MAC?

My only experience with NI, is with the Kontakt player included with Garritan Personal Orchestra, and it really is lame compared to the PC. This is a well doucmented problem. I can only get 11 voices (no effects) of GPO on my Dual 1.25 with 1.5 Gig of memory, while PC users boast up to 30 with effects.

Have heard other murmerings that NI stuff in general is not very well suited to MAC.

Anybody having success with NI sotware on MAC.

I think Native Instruments has its own forum somewhere on their site? So you might get a better chance of some feedback over there. I've been thinking about instrument plugins too - specifically B4 and Applied Acoustics' Lounge Lizard EP2.... but that's a whole other story

Good luck in your quest for truth.
