Bouncing Beyond Video Boundary

So bouncing Just the Music part of a piece with a Vid in the session.. If I alocate a boundary that goes beyond the video the bounce hangs?
video is off.. just need the music part


off line,.. on line... same
Highlight the vid, bounce in that boundary

the bounce works
except theres a fade on the music beyond the video that i need to capture..
prottols the "video' company has an issue ...? or there something to uncheck here.








really... hard enough to "compose" in PT with out the ending being a flick on the nose at the end
