C24 Faders Don\'t Move when Touched

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this problem. When I touch a set of grouped faders...none of them will move. Occasionally, they will move as a group, but it is intermittent. Anyone have any thoughts...

What is the process for resetting the C24?
