Default Pro Tools DigiLink I/O license
I notice there's two instances of "Pro Tools DigiLink I/O" added... is that now required for Ultimate? Should we not have one for each of the four license we own?

No, not if you are running 2022.4/later -or- earlier versions without HD hardware. See avid.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/FAQ/What-is-the-new-Pro-Tools-DigiLink-I-O-license-for

Hello Jeffro,
The link mentioned that the Digilink license will still be needed if using PT 12.6 through 21.12. We move our 5 ultimate licenses around between versions as early as v19.
Does upgrading to v22.x remove any digilink licenses or will they stay on their respective iLoks?

Upgrading doesn't remove any DigiLink licenses. They would stay where you activated them unless you manually deactivate them.
