HDX Ultimate - 2019.10 7 2019.12 - video export issues

I've been using Pro tools to import a video, master the audio, then bounce to video
I understand it uses Quicktime to do this

I upgraded to Mojave - got a metal video card etc..

I've upgraded to 2019.12 - had video export issues
then rolled back to 2019.10 - same issues
the video bounce has issues

When I used 2018.12 on high Sierra it worked perfectly.....

I'm guessing it's just Quicktime settings
any help much appreciated

It should work the same on High Sierra and Mojave. Are all the videos you're testing with using the same video codec? If you are able to, try converting to ProRes on Mojave and bounce to that.

So I stayed on Mojave
But went back to 2018.12
All working fine now
I'm hoping when PT2020 lands this bug will be sorted
