Default 12.5 and Vienna Instruments

Can't get PT 12.5 to finish loading with Vienna Instruments Pro or Ensemble Pro on the machine as it hangs with an elicenser error.

Had lots of problems when 12.5 first loaded so I've done the complete wipe of OS drive and reloaded everything fresh.

The error message I'm getting is the one that says elicenser can't find a .dll file in the windows sysWOW folder... but if you do a search the file is present. The eLicenser web site says to uninstall their license software and reinstall.... But I still get the same error.

Yes... trashed prefs.

Running the elicenser shows all the licenses present and doesn't give any indication that there's a problem, connects to the server, does all that.

Anyone out there run into this and find a way through it?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

DOH!!!!
I didn't put the net framework back on for certain. Think I did get the other updates though before I added stuff back onto the fresh OS install. Will double check. Thanks for posting!
