Neyrinck V Control causes PT11 to crash

Is anyone successfully running Neyrinck V Control with PT11?

When I try to use it in PT11 I get an error:

"PT is unable to communicate with HUI. Power[cycle HUI and check its connections. Note if HUI is not in use, update the Peripherals dialog to prevent further warnings."

And the PT11 will eventually crash.

Unfortunately users with PC has reported problems with the control and Neyrinck states they will post an update for Pac users as soon as Avid sorts out this bug.

V-Control Pro is working fine with PT11 here on Windows 7, except for the Surround Panners. PT11 sees VCPro just fine, but there is a bug that causes PT11 to crash immediately whenever the Shift key is pressed if the Surround Panners are enabled. See the following thread:

The OP's problem sounds more like a connection problem, though. I only get that error message when Ney-Fi is not running or not properly configured, or when VCPro is not in focus on my iPad, not assigned to the right computer, or not showing the PT version. I suggest going through the Ney-Fi connection and configuration steps, but don't assign the surround panners (the track panning will still work).

I actually deactivated the surround panners and all seems to be well.

Yup, bug seems to be gone with the 11.02 update.
