Default Linking faders

I have a situation with a "split" console...sc48.

i have to mix on faders for ears...and i wanted to know how to link my FOH fader and my MON fader together so one follows the other. this wouldnt be a one time thing, i would like it to occur through all the snapshots. any ideas?

Why not send the mix off a PQ matrix? Ear mix can be FOH mix with the ability to eq overall send to ears. If you need a bit more vocal you can set that up as a assigned channel.

Regards

i have a SC48 which doesnt have PQ matrix's. I know sheldon spoke of showing this in the beginning of the last webinar...but never saw it come to life. the situation is this...the singers are unhappy with the static levels for their vocal mix. each vocal channel is hard split at the board via Y cable. this is a touring show which requries different EQ tweeks every day. i dont want to aux off the house feeds due to eq, compression and small gain tweeks. all i need is another 10 fingers really..lol. gains are set on the MON channels...as well as eqs. i want to try and avoid using snapshot fader function for the mon channels if possible...but it might be the only way to get me close to what i need. hope this makes a bit more sense. they just want to hear a "blend" like i blend for the foh. everything in my body knows this isnt a good idea...but i have to try it in order to please one of my singers.
