2 different OS' OSX and WinXP
2 different DWA's ProTools LE 6.9 and Logic Pro 6.4.2

Is it possible to go from one platform to another safely without data damage?

PT LE 6.9 WinXP to Logic Pro 6.4.2 OSX
and
Logic Pro 6.4.2 OSX to PT LE 6.9 WinXP

if there is no possible way to open the PTLE 6.9 WinXP project files onto Logic Pro 6.4.2 OSX
and
Logic Pro 6.4.2 OSX files onto PT LE 6.9 WinXP

IF NOT
is there another way to work on both platforms?
