Hi, I renewed my Flex subscription and I see the new expiration date in my Avid account but that is not reflected in my iLok account and now I cannot use Pro Tools. I tried to manually refresh the license but that's not working either. I need to get this running soon, thanks

Ok it's resolved now, not sure if someone was able to update it from my support messages but it's working again. That was definitely nerve wracking to think I wouldn't be able to continue on projects
