Default fast way to lengthen intro

I am on the final stages of a house track I made. It contains vocals, drums, and synths, and some recorded instruments. All midi synths, and drums, were bounced to audio in pro tools.

I'd like to lengthen the intro to the song before the vocals come in. I feel like they come in too fast.

What would be an efficient way of doing this?

I'm thinking there has to be some way I can highlight the tracks, and then use a key command to double the length of the intro.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Make a selection in grid mode of however many bars you want to copy forward and insert edit point/break the regions. Then control+option+command click those regions with the grabber and they will duplicate forward. Done :)

Enable the ALL group>select Grid mode(be in Bars:Beats) >highlight/select the opening bars to repeat>select SHUFFLE mode>Ctrl-d(this will duplicate the highlighted section and copy it after the current selection, and push the rest of the song back to fit the added measures. Get out of SHUFFLE and disable the ALL group(so you don't screw things up). Now you can freely adjust edge boundaries to smooth any transitions
