I would Like to Join this discussion, as my 2 S1's and 2 Tablets are not connecting aswell ..

UGH... so I brought out my old router.. connected the computer and the 2 S1's..it worked but no metering on the tablets.. or the S1's.... then disconnected it.. and reconnected the 2 S1's and the 2 tablets..to the switcher..the only thing i did different was put the computer in between the 2 S1's on the switcher.. and boom its backup and perfect..lets see what happens when I shut down..but in the meantime I need to get caught up on mixing!

I'm new to the field and currently doing an internship at a music studio. The studio uses the Avid S1, Avid Dock, and EuControl. I've been experiencing an issue where sometimes EuControl requires a restart, or it doesn't recognize the surfaces properly. When this happens, I have to restart both the Avid Dock and S1, after which EuControl detects the surfaces again. However, this issue occurs every day, and the system is not stable.

I have all software and firmware updated to the latest versiona , and I am running macOS Sequoia.

Do you have any tips or suggestions to ensure that EuControl starts up more reliably when the computer is turned on and doesn't disconnect or require constant restarts?

Any changes to the network with cause issues to EUCON. Unfortunaly Sequioa has major networking issues so has made this worse. If wifi tried to connect to another network, or you turn it on or off for instance.
