What happens to my license if I don't renew the Upgrade Plan?

Let´s say:

I have an old HD11.3.2 running on my Ilok

I will get the $999 "upgrade"plan.

when this upgrade plan expires after 12 month....

will HD12.4 or 12.xxx stop working or is that " 12month state" forever.

or will I step back to HD11.3.2 ?????????????????????????????

It will run forever. You'll just stop getting new versions.

If you upgrade now, and do not upgrade after that, you will keep whatever the latest version is at that time. That may be 12.8, or 13. 2, or whatever. You will be frozen at the latest version that's current when your plan expires.
