Default DAW controller options??

What are my DAW controller options for PTHD 8.1 running on Mac OS 10.6.8?

How about a used Command|8? Got mine for under $200 a few years ago...

First gen Presonus Faderport is a great option(second hand are less than $100) If you need more faders, Command8 or Artist Mix and Transport. There are a few other options as well, so describe your needs and your budget for better advice

Depending on your space/budget I would say go ICON. You can get a used D-Command or a D-Control for very good prices right now. Either will work great for PT8. They were built to last and aren't hard to service.

Since I've been on ICON pro tools is such a different experience. I'm gonna stay on my D-Control as long as I can.
