Default Support details no longer in my avid account

I have been waiting for my PT HD 12 upgrade after contacting avid I was sent me a temporary HD12 license which now expires in a week. Checked my account this morning still no PT HD12, no surprise there, however my subscription details are gone no longer in my account. What is going on? Avid has had my money for PT HD12 upgrade since December why all the games?

there is no such thing as a subscription for HD - you can only get Support Plans for HD

I couldn't find your account based on your community email. Can you please update it to match your Avid account?

Jeffro thanks waiting patiently for a resolution here; Avid has access to my account and my purchase history not sure the reason for this being so complex especially for those of us that made purchases 4 months ago. Same here. My temporary license end in May. Bought the upgrade in December 2014. Still waiting...

My support details have also disappeared from my Avid account. Again it's showing no sign that I signed on for the support plan in December.

Also still no PT12 in my account? I am using PT12 from a link that support sent me with a temporary iLOK license.

Same here I am removing PT HD12, back to 11, it expires 05/01/2015 anyway it's painful having to install and reinstall Pro Tools it never works as it should even when it's the same computer with no changes made.

this is Sad .. maybe they will give you intrest on your money for the last nearly 6 months .. wow !!! this is the worst customer service i have ever seen .. nearly incompetant ... everyday i think about upgrading i read another post and say .. i will wait another day to see if this gets resolved .. john
