Cable to connect 192 and OctoPre
Hello...
Can anyone anwser my stupid question, wich cable i need for connecting 192 and OctoPre if i dont have digital expansion on OctoPre? Will DB25-DB25 do a job??? Thx for the answer! Samo

Samo,
The Octopre's outs (according to the pdf that i downloaded from the Focusrite Website) are the standard Tascam DB25 pinout. I recall my Digi Rep telling me that the Ins of the 192 are the same. There is no mention of which pinout it uses in the manual. Hope this helps.

I have my octopre connected to my 192 via ADAT litepipe. Try connecting your ADAT OUT of your octo to the ADAT in on the 192. You'll need a single optical cable.
