Am I too late to try this?
I downloaded it when it was available and I installed it but never launched it.
Today I have an internet connection so I launched PT LE 7.3. It asks to authorise it but it seems there's no way for me to do it. I have an ilok account and I have the ilok plugged in.

Where the heck is this authorization???? I don't know where to look. I have never been able to demo it either.

I download this demo,,, and the stupid I-Lok says it is on the key till 8/14/2008,,, but when I open protools, it says that Transfuser Demo key is NOT on the I-lok

On my account on I-lok it clearly shows transfuser demo on it.

Is there really a demo on there, or is this just a trick.

The last times (and there have been more than once), I have cancelled orders for software over all the hassle with this key.
This might as well be another of them.

Luckily they give instructions for removing the program.
Hopefully THAT works!!!

It sounds like you may have the older license for the Transfuser preview version, before the official release of Transfuser.

When you go to the Download section of Transuser:
www.digidesign.com/transfuser

You need to do 2 things:

1 - Download and run the Transfuser Trial Installer

And
2 - You need to download the correct Trial license for that trial version, by following the instructions at the top of the same page:

Trial Mode
Trial mode lets you try this software on your system before purchasing it. To activate a 14-day trial license for this software, you must have a valid www.iLok.com user ID and an ilok. Obtain your trial license using the online activation process. [Activate Now]

Try clicking on the "Activate Now" link there. When you are done, you should have a trial license that expires 14 days after you download the license to your iLok.

The fact that your existing license says that it expires more than 14 days from now makes me suspect it is the older preview version license, which will not work with the current Transfuser trial version.

The preview license was for a few months, because the exact date of the final release version was unkown when the preview version was released.

Thanks for the advice to re- D/L the trial!

You know I had (have) one thing in mind for this plug in.
I imported a drum clip from a CD I have right into it, fudged my way thru some of the MANY clips that come with it,, and within 1 minute it had my drum track and this cool track playing with it. I was amazed.
I have NO idea how I did it, and had no idea how to save it.
Now its time for the dreaded manual read ha ha
Great plug in,,,, great job Digidesign for getting this program running!

I bought an iLok and set up an account on the web page with iLok.com, Transfuser still is asking for an activation card. Is there a activation number or card for the demo also. This is becoming a bit complicated, I installed Transfuser three days ago but can't run it.

Please, where or how can I get this iLok to work so Transfuser will open?
