Prokeys 88 SONO - midi data problems

Hello,
my name is Sara.
I accidentally dropped my macbook that was connected to my Prokeys 88 SONO via usb.
Now my keyboard's not sending Midi messages anymore: I tried the keyboard with other two macbooks and it doesn't work, so the problem must be in the usb plug that probably has been pulled by the cable.

I'm trying to contact the M-Audio support (I have an ASC code and my keyboard is still under warranty), but the site is super tricky and I couldn't so far.

May I ask you to send me a direct working link to the technical support, please?
